MANAGEMENT OF GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

The main purpose of the W3Metas system is to support processes oriented to the management of result goals (quantitative and qualitative) throughout the organization. The system enables employees, managers and the actual company to formalize individual, departmental, global and corporate goals. With a practical approach, the companies are able to use the product at any stage of the implementation process of the result oriented management.

W3net systems are structured in logical modules activated from a kernel common to all, which provides for the general functionalities. They are WEB based multilayer systems - developed on the platform Microsoft .Net - Framework version 2.0. The development language is C#. The systems support the following database versions:
