The W3Competence solution is very flexible, enabling the management of simple as well as sophisticated assessment processes. It has an easy-to-use interface both for the manager and the appraiser and appraisee. By means of a number of parameters, the solution is integrated to the development plan, curriculum and training management modules, thus enabling a consolidated view of the development of each employee.

TECHNOLOGY
W3net systems are structured in logical modules activated from a kernel common to all, which provides for the general functionalities. They are WEB based multilayer systems - developed on the platform Microsoft .Net - Framework version 2.0. The development language is C#. The systems support the following database versions:
