INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN
W3 PDI system allows each employee to develop their own individual development plan and share it with their manager, who can initial, follow up and support the actions proposed. The plan development process can be associated to competence assessment processes, feedback, training management systems (presential or virtual) and others. Employees and managers have in the PDI a formal development “agreement”. It behooves the employee to comply with the plan, and the manager is responsible for ensuring the availability of resources required for the activities.

• GAPS association at Levels and Axes of the Competence Model;
• Option of action inputs during the assessment process;
• Parameterization of the Development Plan form;
• Sending of PDI to mentors;

• Action development monitoring (follow-up, indication of conclusion and efficiency level);
• Reports and statistics.

TECHNOLOGY
W3net systems are structured in logical modules activated from a kernel common to all, which provides for the general functionalities. They are WEB based multilayer systems - developed on the platform Microsoft .Net - Framework version 2.0. The development language is C#. The systems support the following database versions:
